Please bring Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Residency: bill or rent/ lease agreement, School Physical, Eye exam and Dental Exam.

Gifted and Talented Parent Survey 2019

Dear Parent/Guardian,
It’s that time again! As we wrap up the 2018-19 school year we are asking you to take a few minutes to respond to the questions below. Summer Feeding Progam

WHAT:  Free meals for ALL children and teens age 18 and younger; and persons age 19 - 21 who have a mental or physical disability and still participates in a school program.  Click HERE for the APPLICATION to Participate.
