Parent Announcement

Parents, please make sure that you have an ID or Drivers License with you when you bring your child to school. If you want to bring your child to their class,  you will have to check in at the reception desk before you are allowed to do so.

When you are picking them up at parent pick up, you will have to provide an ID or Drivers License so we can verify you are permitted to pick them up. Please be patient during this process, these measures are put in place to provide safety to your child at all times.

The yearbooks are $15.00 and will be delivered to school later this year. Parents can order online until February 14th.

School Report Card Summary Report

A new summary report for the school report card has been released to highlight key areas related to assessment.  The second page of the summary includes general information including demographics, novice reduction, percentage of economically disadvantaged and finance.  You can access this summary by visiting the School Report Card page, finding your school and then selecting "download summary report" in the upper right-hand side of the page. A direct link to the summary report for each school has also been posted to the school website under the parent links  -  "School Report Card Summary Reports".

Preschool & Kindergarten Registration 2020-2021

-- KINDERGARTEN --

Kindergarten registration for the 2020-21 school year is scheduled for Friday, April 17.  In order to enroll in kindergarten for the 2020-21 school year, children must turn five (5) years old on, or before, August 1, 2020 (KRS 158.030).

-- PRESCHOOL --

Preschool registration for the 2020-2021 school year is scheduled for Friday, April 17.

#iLearnPulaski

Pulaski County Schools will, again, use iLearnPulaski Days to allow learning to happen at home when school has been cancelled.  iLearn Days will be announced through phone calls and all other media outlets.  All students should bring home information and assignments over the next few weeks.   The Kentucky Department of Education will approve each iLearn Day only if a high percentage of our students complete and submit assignments.  Without KDE’s approval, an iLearn Day will have to be made up at the end of the school year, so please complete and submit all assignments.

Keep in mind that not all snow days will be iLearn Days.  You can find more information about iLearn Days under the Student Link on www.pulaski.net

 

 

Parent and Child Connections; A free program for parents and guardians of children birth – Kindergarten entry.

Join us at Memorial Education Center for our Parent and Child connections.

Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable and loving place for you and your child to spend time together growing and learning.  We will provide activities, information and lunch while you explore together. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO THE FAMILY.  This is a free program.

Parent and child connections are for parents and guardians of children birth – kindergarten entry.  All you have to do is show up and be ready to spend quality, fun filled time with your child.
